Here's my request for 2008...
If you can't reuse plastic bags to line trash bins, for lunch, doggie poop...then please consider bringing a reusable bag in NATURAL FIBERS to the grocery store and to run other daily errands. Plastic bags hurt marine life and take a very long time to biodegrade.

whenever possible i use my whole foods bag (not sure how recycled this is...i think we've talked about this before) and i just bought a reuseable one at trader joe's the other day.
i use the old plastic ones from the regular supermarkets for trash cans and lunches for igor, but really try to remember my green bag from the car so i don't get so many.
